Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager / Manager in MCI’s Research and Data Division, you will be responsible for undertaking strategic workstreams that build up capability in Sentiments and Behavioural Research (SBR) across Whole-of-Government (WOG).
The workstreams are wide ranging, covering areas such as workforce development, organisational development, SBR standards setting, and risk management issues for example – all of which have a systemic impact across the WOG SBR landscape.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, organisational planning and/or workforce planning
• Interest in communications and public policy issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience in managerial role would be advantageous
