What the role is
You will join MCCY’s finance team to ensure optimal allocation of fiscal resources and management of the Ministry’s budget in a fiscally sustainable and value-for-money manner while meeting our strategic priorities at the same time.
Specifically, you will be taking on the role of a Finance Desk-head to our stakeholders, including MCCY’s internal divisions, Statutory Boards and Companies Limited by Guarantee.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Tertiary education in Accountancy, Finance, Business or other related discipline
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience working in Finance, preferably in public sector
3. Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
4. Possess analytical skills as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills
5. A team player who can work well with stakeholders across public agencies
