Qualifications and Experience
An ideal candidate should possess the ability to:
• Understand the needs and work approaches of key stakeholders/peers in regional and global networks, formulate strategies to engage them, and work collaboratively with them to enhance bilateral/multilateral cooperation.
• Utilise detailed/domain knowledge and leverage various international engagements/platforms/meetings to advance PSD’s interest.
• Consider and integrate different perspectives and operate at different levels of analysis (e.g. service-wide, organisational-level, officer-level) to make sound and timely recommendations.
• Effectively engage stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and seek their buy-in for key initiatives.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders of different levels of seniority.
